Deliverables
To diagnose the Employee Experience at BAC, we use two tools to understand employees' needs. The Employee Experience Cycle helps manage relationships, identify improvement areas, and develop targeted solutions, highlighting gaps between expectations and reality.
We also created four archetypes representing different employee types across seven countries. These archetypes illustrate their needs and relationships, providing insights to inform effective actions focused on key moments in the employee journey, enhancing our improvement efforts.
Result
The consultancy for BAC Credomatic identified eight strategic challenges across different employee personas in seven countries, each requiring tailored tactics for successful implementation, with endomarketing activities deemed essential.
These challenges aimed to enhance the overall employee experience by addressing specific pain points. Proposed actions included training programs, policy changes, and improved communication channels. Endomarketing initiatives like engagement campaigns and recognition programs were critical for fostering a culture of engagement and retention.
Overall, the consultancy offered a roadmap for BAC Credomatic to tackle these challenges and enhance the employee experience, leading to a more engaged and satisfied workforce.
